I had an exceptionally difficult time getting my purchase to complete, due to the persistent incompetence of the lender's solicitors and mistakes made on the seller's side.  She-rel at Oportfolio worked her socks off to get the transaction over the line and was absolutely relentless.  She was endlessly positive when I was in despair.  I have no doubt that without her we would not have got to completion, that I would have lost my competitive mortgage offer and I would have had to obtain an offer at a much higher interest rate. Creative, practical and professional- they are able to suggest and work through complex arrangements and innovative solutions as well as the more straightforward procedures. What stands out is their diligence in ensuring matters are tracked and monitored through to completion and importantly the ability to recognise potential issues, solve them and to make and implement solutions if products/ providers are no longer suitable- intervening to get the best outcome and monitoring rates and products through the whole process.
