I had a very positive experience with Oportfolio throughout my first home purchase. What particularly stood out was how quickly they managed to secure my mortgage. The speed at which this was arranged played a really important role in allowing my purchase to progress smoothly, particularly when timing became important towards the end of the process.

I had an exceptionally difficult time getting my purchase to complete, due to the persistent incompetence of the lender's solicitors and mistakes made on the seller's side.  She-rel at Oportfolio worked her socks off to get the transaction over the line and was absolutely relentless.  She was endlessly positive when I was in despair.  I have no doubt that without her we would not have got to completion, that I would have lost my competitive mortgage offer and I would have had to obtain an offer at a much higher interest rate. Creative, practical and professional- they are able to suggest and work through complex arrangements and innovative solutions as well as the more straightforward procedures.
