What Is A Finance Webinar?
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never heard of a webinar before. In fact it’s quite self explanatory. A webinar is a seminar on the web. Rather than leaving your house and going to a specific seminar event, you can attend a webinar from the comfort of your own home. From your bed even! They are a great way of viewing a coaching session from a professional on a great number of different topics without having to stress about attending in person, being made to participate if you don’t want to, and interact with others (although we hope you feel comfortable enough to interact with us!).
Of course, at Oportfolio we are financial advisors so yes…you’ve guessed it. We will be offering free webinars to anyone who wants to join, to teach and guide people around a number of financial issues.
What Seminars Are We Offering And What Will They Entail?
Our seminars will be built in conjunction with the release of a free eBook available through our website to anyone we wants a copy. The first eBook that we released at the end of last year was called ‘Coping with the financial crisis’. A guide a 19 page guide about the financial crisis that the UK is currently in, going through what exactly the country is facing and how the help of a financial advisor like Oportfolio can save you from financial stress and worries.
The reaction to the financial crisis eBook was so positive and so well received that we have decided to host a free webinar and Q&A session about the content of the eBook and other helpful and handy tips from experts about how to avoid paying too much for your mortgage, your insurances, and how to cut costs effectively during a recession.
The event will be hosted by Oportfolio content and communication manager Louis Mason and will feature guests Oliver Whitehead and Jade Pinkerton. Both Jade and Oliver are very experienced mortgage and protection advisors based in London who have helped thousands of clients with their financial needs over many years. If you attend the webinar, you will be able to view an informative presentation from Jade and Oliver on all things personal finance and you will also get the opportunity to ask your own questions to the advisors.
Following this event, we will be releasing more eBooks every quarter and following them up with webinars. In the pipeline so far we have securing your financial legacy and choosing the best mortgage rate as potential topics.
How Do I Register For The Webinars?
The webinar is free of charge to participate in and is available to anyone we wants to join. As we are based in London England, the event will take place in GMT work hours but will be recorded for people to watch at a time that suits them. Of course, if you are watching the recorded video, you won’t be able to ask questions live but you can always send us an email.
The official date of the first webinar has not been confirmed yet but will take place within the first couple of months of 2023. Existing Oportfolio Mortgages customers will receive the details and the registration form via email and all you have to do is click the registration button.
