Bespoke mortgage products from Bank of Ireland

Fantastic news coming out of mortgage lender Bank of Ireland this morning as they announce that they are launching some new exclusive bespoke mortgage products, available through mortgage brokers like Oportfolio. These new rates are a very welcome string to Bank of Ireland’s already strong bow, and they will help brokers like ourselves to offer great products and service to our clients. Here is a breakdown of the changes that are coming in from Bank of Ireland.

Residential Bespoke Mortgage Rates

In an email to all brokers this morning, Bank of Ireland announced that they would be improving their bespoke residential rates. These new products and rates will go live at 9am on Thursday the 23rd of March 2023. To make way for the new products, Bank of Ireland will be removing and discontinuing 10 existing products. The products being removed are as follows:

Withdrawing – 60% LTV

  • 2 yrs – 4.65% Fixed – 6.9% APRC –  £1995 – Standard Valuation Fee Paid by Lender – Minimum Loan £150,000 – Maximum Loan £2,500,000 –Repayment Methods: Interest Only, Part & Part, Capital Repayment.
  • 2 yrs – 4.70% Fixed – 6.7% APRC – £1495 – Standard Valuation Fee Paid by Lender – Standard legal fees paid by Lender (for remortgages only) – Minimum Loan £150,000 – Maximum Loan £2,500,000 – Repayment Methods: Interest Only, Part & Part, Capital Repayment.
  • 2 yrs – 4.80% Fixed – 6.9% APRC – £1495 – £250 Cashback paid to solicitor with advance – Standard Valuation Fee Paid by Lender – Minimum Loan £150,000 – Maximum Loan £2,500,000 – Repayment Methods: Interest Only, Part & Part, Capital Repayment.

Withdrawing – 70% LTV

  • 2 yrs – 4.82% Fixed – 6.9% APRC – £1495 – £250 Cashback paid to solicitor with advance – Standard Valuation Fee Paid by Lender – Minimum Loan £150,000 – Maximum Loan £2,000,000 – Repayment Methods: Capital Repayment, Part & Part (Interest Only element maximum 60% LTV).

Withdrawing – 75% LTV

  • 2 yrs – 4.69% Fixed – 6.9% APRC – £1995 – Standard Valuation Fee Paid by Lender – Minimum Loan £150,000 – Maximum Loan £1,000,000 –Repayment Methods: Capital Repayment, Part & Part (Interest Only element maximum 60% LTV).
  • 2 yrs – 4.81% Fixed – 6.8% APRC – £1495 – Standard Valuation Fee Paid by Lender – Standard legal fees paid by Lender (for remortgages only) – Minimum Loan £150,000 – Maximum Loan £1,000,000 – Repayment Methods: Capital Repayment, Part & Part (Interest Only element maximum 60% LTV).

Withdrawing – 85% LTV

70% Loan to Value Fixed Rates

75% Loan to Value Fixed Rates

The new products being released also include revamped buy-to-let mortgage rates up to 75% loan to value (25% deposit), Green New Build Mortgage Products up to 90% loan to value (10% deposit), and large loan mortgage products up to a value of £2.5 million at 75% loan to value. £1.5 million up to 85% loan to value, and £1 million up to 90% loan to value.
