At Oportfolio, our customer service defines who we are and what we do. She-rel and Lydia both play a key role in our team, ensuring every one of our clients feels like they have received an excellent customer experience.
She-rel Edwards combines two roles – Team Leader and Senior Paraplanner. Firstly, she is in charge of ensuring all our new starters are comprehensively trained and that the whole Oportfolio team are continuously developing their knowledge and staying up to date with their qualifications.
Secondly, she works with as a paraplanner submitting applications on behalf of our financial advisors, working with lenders and solicitors, and handling the administration of applications from start to finish. She loves building relationships. In the video below she speaks about her role and how, as a team, we aim to make clients feel comfortable from the outset and confident we will do everything possible to help them achieve their goals.

Lydia Hume has joined us as a Client Account Executive and she works alongside She-rel and Natasha as part of our Administration team. She manages clients’ applications for both mortgages and protection policies from submission to completion, ensuring the process runs as smoothly as possible.
She recognises that the biggest challenge for our clients is securing the property they want to buy so she responds as rapidly as necessary and works closely with the relevant estate agents to alleviate any concerns. Lydia focuses on ensuring that each client is OK, they are fully up to speed with everything that is going on and their application is closely monitored throughout.
